TradeVolly is a peer-to-peer, member-based platform. We're not a store, a bank, or a watchdog — we're the rails that let members make honest trades, keep more money in their pockets, and turn unwanted items into things they actually want. We set the tone; the community keeps it honest. Every member is trusted to act like an adult, and every member has the tools to flag anything that doesn't belong. That's the whole deal.
How This Community Works
We trust you. TradeVolly doesn't pre-screen every listing or watch over your shoulder. We believe adults should be treated like adults, and that a community of adults looking out for each other beats a platform that nitpicks every move.
Members are the watchdogs. If you see a listing that doesn't belong, you flag it. Founding members and regional founders help keep their local stations honest. The platform steps in when escrow or a dispute needs a tiebreaker — not before.
Escrow has your back. Your money is held safely until both sides confirm the deal is done. That trust is what lets us step back and let the community run itself.

Code of Conduct
Treat every Volly with respect in all trades, purchases, and sales — no harassment, threats, or pressure tactics
Be honest about item condition in any transaction — what you list is what you send
No ghosting — once a trade, sale, or purchase is accepted, follow through or cancel properly
No discriminatory language of any kind
No bait-and-switch — substituting a different item than listed in any trade, sale, or combined transaction
No off-platform deals to avoid Tradevolly fees or protections — this applies to trades, purchases, and all combined transactions
Report suspicious listings or buyer/seller behavior rather than engaging with them
The Tradevolly Overseer has final say on all disputes — whether from a trade, a purchase, or both
Activity Coins & Signup Bonus
As a member, every verified contribution to Tradevolly earns activity points that build toward T-Volly Coins — our way of recognizing the vollies who help grow the community. Tradevolly Tokens are the platform's currency, valued at $1 each: 1 Token = $1. Coins are a reward for real participation, not something that can be bought or farmed.

Trades valued over $300 may require verified trade history. Trades over $500 are reviewed by a Tradevolly Overseer to verify item ownership and ensure both parties are protected. This is for your safety, not your inconvenience.
